Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear guidelines on your rights to cancel and request a refund

Effective date: 27th of August, 2025.

1. Cooling-off Period

If no work has commenced, you may cancel your order within 48 hours of payment for a full refund of Direkta service fees.

2. Non-Refundable Items

- Government and authority fees (licenses, Establishment Card, visas, medical/EID, attestations).
- Third-party costs (translations, notaries, couriers, medical tests).
- Completed Direkta consulting work or urgent service surcharges.

3. Refundable Items

Direkta service fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis for tasks not yet started at the time of cancellation.

4. Client Non-Compliance

If services cannot proceed due to incomplete or inaccurate client documentation, only unused Direkta service fees will be refunded.

5. Changes by Partners or Authorities

If a partner free zone or authority changes its requirements or fees after purchase, we may provide an equivalent alternative or refund unperformed Direkta service fees. Government and third-party fees already paid remain non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] with the order ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Direkta before initiating a chargeback. We will supply evidence of service delivery in disputes.
