Clear terms to ensure transparency and mutual understanding

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern the provision of business consulting, incorporation, and related services by Direkta Consulting FZCO ('Direkta', 'we', 'us'). By ordering or paying for services through our website or other channels, you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

3. Scope of Services
We provide business formation, licensing, visa support and related consulting services in the United Arab Emirates, the Republic of Serbia and other jurisdictions as specified on our platform. We act as consultant and agent with partner free zones and government agencies (e.g., IFZA, EGSH) and other authorities. We are not a law firm or government entity.
4. Payment Fees
- Full payment upfront is required unless otherwise agreed. - Prices are displayed in AED and/or EUR, exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. - Government and authority fees are billed at cost and are non-refundable once submitted. - Direkta service fees may be non-refundable after commencement of work, as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Cooling-off Period
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of payment, provided no services have commenced. After this period, cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required KYC/AML documents, signed forms, and attending scheduled appointments. Delays or failures caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not our responsibility.
7. Timelines
Estimated timelines for service delivery are provided as guidance only. Actual processing times depend on partner authorities, third parties, and client readiness.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Clients must contact Direkta before initiating a chargeback. We will provide evidence of services delivered to card issuers in the event of a dispute.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payments are securely processed via Stripe; Direkta does not store card details.
11. Limitation of Liability
Direkta’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or actions of authorities, free zones, banks, or other third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and applicable UAE laws. The Dubai Courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Updated versions will be published with a new 'Last Updated' date.
